Transfers

You are more than welcome to transfer your prescriptions to Lowry Drug Company from another pharmacy. Please e-mail or call us directly at 704-873-2247. Have the following information handy when you call:

• Your date of birth
• Pharmacy from which you are transferring the prescription
• The name of the medication
• Your prescription number
• Prescribing doctor's name and phone number
• Quantity
• Date of last fill

If you have insurance that covers this medication, please be prepared to provide the name and telephone number of your insurance company. We will also need your ID number, group mumber, Social Security number, the card holder's name and date of birth.

New Prescriptions

We ship compounded prescriptions at no cost to the client. Compounded prescriptions are mailed at no charge. Other orders that do not require special handling will be mailed at a charge of $3.00 unless other arrangements are made.
